ScoutPath is an independent advancement tracking and planning platform designed to help Scouts organize their advancement journey, receive personalized advancement recommendations, and discover opportunities related to Scouting activities.

ScoutPath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Scouting America or any local council.

You may only use ScoutPath if:

• You are legally permitted to create an account in your country.
• If you are under the age required by applicable law, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity performed through your account.

ScoutPath is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords or account sharing.

Any advancement reports, notes, and other information you upload remain your property.

By uploading data you confirm that:

• You have permission to upload it.
• The information is accurate.
• You understand ScoutPath only displays and analyzes the information you provide.

ScoutPath includes AI-powered recommendations.

AI responses:

• Are informational only.
• May occasionally be inaccurate.
• Should never replace official Scouting guidance.
• Do not constitute official advancement approval.

Users remain responsible for verifying all advancement requirements with their troop leadership. ScoutPath attempts to provide helpful recommendations, but users are responsible for confirming all advancement requirements and policies with their troop leadership and official Scouting resources.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer ScoutPath.
• Abuse AI systems.
• Share offensive or illegal content.
• Use ScoutPath for commercial purposes without permission.

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, and included features are displayed before purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
• Users may cancel at any time.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Prices may change with advance notice.
• Additional AI Credit Packs are optional purchases and do not expire unless otherwise stated.

ScoutPath is provided on an "as available" basis.

Although we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security improvements.

ScoutPath, its branding, design, software, graphics, AI workflows, and original content are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from ScoutPath without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to compromise the platform, abuse AI features, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

ScoutPath is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutPath and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

Deleting your account begins a 30-day recovery period.

Logging in during this period restores your account.

After 30 days, all associated data is permanently deleted where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be announced inside the application.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
